CLIMATE CHANGE upon us, nature speaks.
President doesn’t believe, the scientists.
Plain and simple, doesn’t care.
Doesn’t affect “him”, so ignores.
The climactic disasters, “just routine”.
Haven’t hit “him”, where hurts.
Someone else’s problem, not “his”.
“He” has economy, look after.
“His” EPA removed, protective measures.
Coal and oil, big polluters.
Makes big money, for donators.
Pretends helps create, more jobs.
We are experiencing, stronger hurricanes.
More damaging wildfires, dry conditions.
West hotter and, east colder.
Mother Nature is, definitely speaking.
Trying to get, our attention.
So far it’s, not working.
Too busy focusing, on ego.
Let’s learn to, be proactive.
Wouldn’t hurt to, apply here.
Instead staying in, reactivate mode.
Resulting in loss, of lives.
Loss of property and, emergency funds.
Republicans say need, smaller government.
Yet lead us, into recession.
Huge government deficit, and depression.
Pointing finger at, prior administration.
President Clinton brought, good economy.
Took us out, of deficit.
President Obama saved, the banks.
Along with healthcare, and jobs.
President Trump says, “best ever”.
“Largest ever” and, blah blah.
Exaggerations not based, on facts.
Manipulates numbers to, look good.
Oil and coal, old technology.
Solar panels and, windmills new.
Solutions for climate, and economy!
Start thinking outside, the box!
Our government too, old school.
Let’s bring in, new blood.
I don’t mean, AR 15!
Let’s step up, to challenges!
This is planet, live on.
No where else, to go.
If climate kicks, us out.
Better start treating, it better!
In the end, nature wins!
The dinosaurs died, now oil.
Being bigger didn’t, help them.
We need to, be smarter!
Stop playing the, “blame game”.
Stop taking us, towards bankruptcy.
Let’s develop a, game plan.
Enthusiastically shouting GO, TEAM GO!
