So many times, want give up. Nothing going right, or so seems. Easy enough stop, do what expected. Not how made, must go on. Are really accepting, or fooling self? Time to commit, get off fence. Own worst enemy, not any more. See that challenges, opportunities in disguise. Grab by horns, ride it out. On other side, ticket next stop. All the way, not round trip. No turning back, world to change. Peace or bust, no way settling!

Why do we beat ourselves up, because we are not like "them", and in the same breath hate "those" not like us? If but to realize all the same, merely confused by the costumes we chose to wear.
One step, just in the physical, has great impact. With consciousness, try it right now, in stillness be. Now look, what do you see, head to foot. A list, if were to make, would be endless.
