SAD no place to settle, has no landing pad.

When swoops toward you, breath of joy meets.

Ignoring your first reaction, choosing not go there.

Send to bottomless pit, so does not return.

Pull out gratitude list, seeing the beauty around.

Fill all the voids, so no room for.

Not saying is easy, will need work at.

The more you do, becomes part of you.

Let smile be norm, the heart does warm.

If begin to slip, remember you’re not alone.

Here for you us, no need make fuss.

Hold up if needed, until feet again planted.

As the old saying, turn frown upside down.

Once again to remember, happiness is a choice.
