Life was a consistent who's me, daily struggle.
Tried to be what was expected, constantly dictated.

Then discovered doesn't have to be, now sharing.
Writes words that shows the process, breathes in.

Read over and over this book, it encourages.
Reminds us we can feel better, keep growing.
