( N ) urturing
( O  vercomes
(  I ) ndifference
( S ) ilently
( E ) rases

NOISE imposes itself, becomes acceptable norm.
Seeking solution to, a current event.
To guest services, representative do go.
As you approach, shades come down.

No one’s home, door is closed.
Ring the doorbell, set phrases repeating.
Finally walk away, in total frustration.
Tears in eyes, no one cares.

Don’t want to, but cry do.
One who loves, me is nearby.
Knows need some, time to process.
Quietly awaits a, sign from me.

Then asks if, I am okay.
Offers options where, go from here.
By this time, realize what matters.
Two of us, together enjoying life.

Earlier event just, let float away.
In the end, not important enough.
Peace and quiet, all I want.
NOISE chaos makes, overruled by love.
