SENSITIVE can get in way, or be tool of strength.

Of self interest looses focus, or engages compassion much appreciated.

Hurt and anger becomes norm, or giving salve to another’s pain.

Holding close to breast grudge, or understand power of words.

Bringing up past once again, or living in the moment.

Takes everything as personal attack, or expression of needing love.

Cannot hold tongue in check, or choose say nothing best.

Of first way can change, of second more like become.

Be the one who realizes, all souls have nerve endings.

That what we say impacts, will be negative or positive.

What few comprehend is power, words not spoken be wise.

Walk the talk rarely spoken, so what say listened to.

Flowing from mouth sweet honey, nourishing mind body and spirit.

From this all come together, attention to each other’s needs.

Light of happiness in eyes, exists better world for everyone.
